When we attend to our physical body with emphasis on postures it leads us to greater flexibility of the body and mind. When we let go and move our bodies we find a lot of our resistance breaking down for new energy to flow through to empty spaces and gradually we become open to life’s infinite possibilities and also turn positive ourselves.




Practicing Mindfulness  in our actions cultivates  a sense of calm,which carries forth in our daily life ...we deal with so called chaos skillfully as we realize it to be a part of life ...













Movements begin with an intention ... channeling and directing the flow of intention is the key to a better state of being ....


                                           






  Stabilizing yourself is centering yourself .... simply a state of no tension .... more about being aware than about doing .















What matters in movement is the effect of your movements.. In time the   practice of mindful movements will lead to a state of subtlety where, in stillness you experience movements and in movements stillness .









Posture shapes movement with intent. ... without  postural training and awareness, movements will be unfocused and random. As we deepen our awareness we experience a state of formlessness, which is not to be confused with directionless freedom of expression . its simply a state where there is great structure in the fluidity of movement  A bond occurs in movements  without being bound ....A State of pure bliss in motion !

A life lived without a sense of purpose is like a ship without a rudder and thus it's after all in us to make a choice positively and use our own time, talent,energy and ability and weave them into a life of goodness and grace , beauty and balance....

As we delve deeper and persevere  to dance we find ourselves evolving to a state of a dancing mind which eases into acceptance and agility ,with a willingness to move to the passion of being alive and yet developing the patience and grace in finding ones own rhythms in life .

Spend time creating a positive mental attitude every morning and spend a few minutes before falling asleep being thankful for the day and immersed in the dream of the perfect tomorrow. Life will change in amazing ways!

Grace ... its that quality which presents you with opportunity in every moment to create something beautiful ....A contended heart and mind  is grateful for what is so :) Savvy
